Malo Gusto before Paris FC-OL: "I'm trying to take my chance as best as possible"
Taking his opportunities
“The coach gave me my chance. I am trying to take it as best I can. I am trying to improve so as to play even more. I have always played with a lot of intensity, without letting up in my efforts. I always have a bit of apprehension in big games, but I'm working to erase it. I feel better in the role of wingback."
“Jérôme Boateng is a great player. I listen to his advice on a daily basis. He talks to me a lot, it helps me. It serves me well when I make decisions."
Working together as a team
“We had suffered an emotional blow with the result in Bordeaux. It was important to get the team on the same page in terms of desire. In Lille, we knew how to say things to each other and give ourselves the desire to push further, to do things together. You have to know how to learn from your mistakes. This is what I am trying to do. As a young player, I think first of myself and the team, working together; we are continuing to work toward achieving good results."
The Coupe de France, a grand competition
“The Coupe de France is a great competition. We are preparing as well as possible in our training to gain confidence and qualify for the rest of the year with a good result."
