Peter Bosz : « On a besoin de temps »
Catch up on all the reactions after Olympique Lyonnais' draw against Brest (1-1) to kick off the Ligue 1 Uber Eats season.

Peter Bosz

“We are disappointed. We dropped two points against Brest. We only had one chance, through Moussa Dembele in the first half. Everyone wanted the ball at their feet, we lacked verticality. It was very easy to defend for Brest. With the changes in the second half, we found more ways to stretch play. Islam Slimani and Lucas Paqueta are good players. They have great qualities. We're not ready yet. We need more time."

Malo Gusto

“We did not know how to be sharp enough when playing the ball forward. We wasted our efforts. It was good to see the supporters but we wanted to win for them. We will continue to work tomorrow in training. We had a little more depth to our play in the second half; it was better but not enough."

Houssem Aouar

“It was disappointing tonight. We reacted well in the second half. We have to improve in our positional play. The substitutes did us a lot of good. We were able to score a goal to come back into the match, even as Brest defended very well as a whole. We have to create more opportunities."

Islam Slimani

“It's always good to be able to come on and help the team to equalize. We would have liked to win the match. I gave my all. The coach wanted me to stretch the game; I hope I can continue like this."

Castello Lukeba

“We are very disappointed tonight. We had to win this game. On the goal that we conceded, we are at fault having lost of the ball. We will look back at our mistakes in a video session. I am very happy to have started the match tonight."
