Olympique Lyonnais would like to provide an update regarding Griedge Mbock's rehabilitation. Victim of a ruptured Achilles tendon in June 2020 and having been operated on again at the end of last November, the French international defender participated in the women's training camp in Crans-Montana, taking part individualized sessions with physical trainers and physiotherapists.
Griedge Mbock's goal is to be able to resume full training with the squad in the coming weeks in order to be operational for the start of the season.
For her part, Ada Hegeberg stayed in Lyon last week in order to do individual work. The 2018 Ballon d'Or winner is on her way back to her best and should be able to resume training with the rest of the team within a few weeks.
Finally Damaris Egurrola has just completed her rehabilitation and should be able to return to the women's team next week.
Olympique Lyonnais remains attentive to the health of its players and will continue to do everything in its power to ensure the proper medical monitoring of each.
