Women: Sonia Bompastor's squad is back in training
The training pitches have become even more lively. While the men's team have been back at work at the Groupama OL Training Center since the beginning of July, today was the OL women's turn to get back to work in Décines. The squad and Sonia Bompastor, coach of the women's team since last April, returned early this Thursday morning to take PCR tests before returning to the pitch in the early afternoon.

Happy to meet again, Wendie Renard and her teammates were all smiles as they put on their cleats for the very first session of the preseason. Physical testing and then some work with the ball to regain some familiarity were the order of the day. This training session was also an opportunity for Signe Bruun, the Danish striker, to get to know her new teammates. The Lyonnaises will see their work gradually gain in intensity ahead of their training camp in Crans Montana in Switzerland.
