Sélections : Retour sur le week-end des Lyonnais
Several Lyon players took to the pitch with their countries this weekend, with no small amount of success.

After a brace four days earlier against Scotland, Memphis found the net again. He opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the Netherlands' victory (3-0) against Georgia in a friendly match.

Jason Denayer played the entire match with Belgium, winning (1-0) against Croatia. For these two players, the next match will be their first in the group stage of the Euros.

In Africa, Malcom Barcola started in goal for Togo, who won 2-0 against Guinea. Sinaly Diomande played all 90 minutes for Côte d'Ivoire in a win against Burkina Faso (2-1) while Maxwel Cornet did not come off the bench. Finally, Algeria's match against Mali saw Djamel Benlamri (90 minutes) and Islam Slimani (45 minutes) in action in a 1-0 win.

Finally, late on Friday, Brazil, led by Lucas Paqueta, defeated Ecuador (2-0) in a qualifier for the next World Cup.
