Jean-Michel Aulas: "Another major match to play in Ligue 1"
“We had a difficult weekend. It’s a big disappointment. It looked like we had found the right tactical formula, but luck didn't smile on us very much. The first two halves against Monaco and Lille were bright indeed, even if some things that happened in the game went against us while playing Monaco. That said, this disappointment has given way to ambition and a sense of momentum. We've worked a lot with Vincent Ponsot, Rudi Garcia and Juninho. We concluded that there is still a lot to play for; we have nothing more to lose. The Europa League can be our ambition if we stay in 4th place but that's not what's motivating us at all. The memory of this loss may be fleeting, but it will have to be erased. We have the right sort of assets to get back on track. It's up to us to show that we are as effective now as we have been in the past and to show a level of strength to reverse this trend and qualify for the Champions League. We must get back the players who have been injured. There are tactical choices to be made, and those will be decisive. It's up to the coach to act. We also need solidarity from our leaders. We must listen to anything that may have been said. I guarantee you that Sunday we will be answer the bell. We have the means to win and we will win."
