Dijon - OL : ce qu'il s'est passé la dernière fois
As the match between Dijon and OL approaches, we take a look back at the Lyon's last trip to the Stade Gaston Gérard, more than two years ago, on September 26, 2018.

OL entered the seventh Matchday of Ligue 1 in 2018-2019 with maximum confidence. Indeed, Bruno Genesio’s side have just recorded two big wins in a matter of a few days: one at the Etihad against Manchester City and another against Marseille at home. But as the game drew closer, Dijon and our Lyonnais were on the same number of points, sitting 7th and 8th in the table, so Les Gones could not afford to take this game lightly, and applied themselves wonderfully. At the quarter of an hour of play, Tanguy Ndombélé played in Moussa Dembélé perfectly who beat the goalkeeper to register his first goal in the colors of OL ... before doubling the lead two minutes later with an acrobatic finish, after a shot by Aouar had been blocked by Runnarsson. With ten minutes left in the half, Martin Terrier made it 3-0 with a header from Rafael’s cross.

With 3 goals scored in one half, OL were slowly heading towards a win, with Antho Lopes, as usual, working perfectly to keep a clean sheet, and despite the sending off of Lucas Tousart on the hour mark, Les Gones were holding on and could even have scored a final goal if Memphis had not overhit his shot. Thanks to this win, OL moved back up to second place in the table on goal difference.
