D1 Arkema: Come back strong in Montpellier (9 p.m. on Canal + Sport)
After the international break and before a weekend of rest, OL will go to Montpellier to try to consolidate their place as leader of D1 Arkema. They will do it against the current third place side in the league, who have already conceded a draw at Fleury (0-0) and a defeat at PSG (0-4), but Lyon know that it will not be easy. Even if the last trips to Hérault were good performances, Wendie Renard's teammates remain on a run of four big wins in Montpellier: 3-0 last season, 5-0 the two previous seasons and again 3-0 in 2016-2017.
But Montpellier remains one of the best teams in the league and is aiming for the podium to get back to playing in the Women's Champions League next season. Frédéric Mendy's players have shown themselves to be tough at home since the start of the season, with wins against Guingamp (2-0) and Paris FC (2-1).
The Montpelliéraines will not however be able to count on the support of their fans on Saturday evening. The matches in D1 Arkema will continue to be played following the measures taken to fight against the spread of COVID-19, but they will now have to be played behind closed doors.
