OLTV : les meilleurs passages de Rémi Garde dans OLNS
Rémi Garde was Barth Ruzza's guest on OL Night System on Wednesday. Here's some of the best moments; the entire show can be found on OL Play and Youtube.

A possible return to OL?

"It is always difficult to answer such a question. It would take a lot for this to happen. I left OL and created an understanding with myself. I have nothing against OL and the people who worked there at the time. It was a response to a personal situation. It was one that was more or less well taken at the time. My love for OL has always been the same since my childhood. So I’d say why not come back to OL. I say this very cautiously. I'm not applying for anything, but I'm not mad at OL. "

Your memories of the team's rise in D1

It is a wonderful memory. We brought this team up, which had been a group of friends from the training center. There’s a lot of nostalgia and pride. It seems like not much now, but we had struggled a lot as a team. It’s something that's very personal for me. I could talk about it every day, I would never get tired of it.

The job of being a coach

"I miss the bench, that's for sure. It's my life. Deep down, I know that I am ready to sit on the bench again, to share stressful moments with a staff. I also appreciate the current period to recharge my energy and to leave the game for a moment... Guy Genet told me that like the other coaches I would go crazy. It’s a profession that delivers a lot of emotions that are difficult to overcome. There are few jobs that allow one to experience so many strong emotions, as violently, and in such a contradictory manner. "

Squad management

“When it's said that a group that gets on well, plays well, I share this opinion. We have to create the possibility for this, to lay down rules, and to create links among the squad. You have to listen to your players, your staff. It takes a lot of work, but it is a cornerstone of success. "
