Lucas Tousart : « J’ai passé tellement de bons moments » (2nde partie)
Loaned back to OL until the end of the season following his transfer to Hertha Berlin, Lucas Tousart granted a long interview to OL's club media to talk about his daily life and his current situation but also to reflect on the moments that have marked his adventure in Lyon.

Lucas, you are on loan to OL until the end of the season after your transfer to Hertha Berlin. How are you managing this particular situation?

I have tried to get info on this. Everything will be linked with the resumption of Ligue 1. From July 1, I am supposed to be under contract with Hertha. I don't know how it will all work out. In my opinion, FIFA must address this matter. I can't say when I'm going to leave. I consider myself 100% at OL until the end of the season. During the winter transfer window, I had already made my decision but now I am getting involved. You saw it in my last matches; I never gave up. I want to finish things with OL before I have another adventure in Germany. I wanted to experience something else and I thought it was the right time. It was very important to me to finish the season with OL because the club has given me a lot. I wanted to end on a good note.

What is your view of Lyon's season?

There have been several different phases in this season. We have been in all of the competitions for a long time. We have had a good run so far in the Champions League and we have a Coupe de la Ligue final to play. In the league, we are all aware of the shortcomings we have had. Our place in the table reflects our season. We have lacked consistency. This is something that has remained through the last few seasons.

What will you take away from your time at OL?

I have had a lot of good moments ... it's hard to single out just one memory. I really enjoyed our run in the Europa League with a semifinal against Ajax. The matches against Besiktas, and against Roma were great matches to play and experience. Those were great emotions. I'm proud to have done these things with OL. I came here from Ligue 2. I had a difficult year of adaptation. I worked to improve and I imposed myself on the team. I owe everything to the club and to president Jean-Michel Aulas, and to all those who worked to bring me here. It’s a real pleasure to play for this club, in this city. I have very fond memories of my time here. I’d like to leave something with this club so we’ll see if we play this Coupe de la Ligue final.

Do you have a message for the supporters ?

I know that this period is not easy. There are many people who cannot work. If we all want to get together soon, we must continue to stay at home as much as possible. "
