Ada Hegerberg : « Je fais tout à fond pour revenir plus forte »
During a period of confinement but also one of rehabilitation after her serious knee injury, Ada Hegerberg keeps smiling. The Lyon striker, who has worked hard during this very different time, wanted to give an update in a remote interview.

The latest

"I'm saying hello. We haven't seen each other for a long time. I hope you are doing well, that you are keeping your spirits up during this difficult, unique period. I am quiet at home. I am doing my rehabilitation, little by little. It feels good too. I am starting to cycle, to do strength training exercises. I’m lucky to have people around me who help me a lot. It will take time, and you will have to be patient. But I am doing everything thoroughly, with the quality to reach my goals. "

Take the time to do something else

“I am also spending my days watching series. I recommend Peaky Blinders, which is a very good series. I read a lot, books by Ken Follett. I like the stories. These are great books if you are lucky to be reading right now. I also listen to music, especially artists from Norway. It's cool. It’s the time to do things that you don’t have time for in everyday life. "

A message to the supporters

“If we are patient and stay at home, it will pass. You have to take care of yourself and remain united. See you soon. I am working hard to come back stronger on the pitch. Thank you for your support. "
