300 000 € against COVID-19 and crowdfunding

 On March 19, 2020, Olympique Lyonnais decided to make a global donation of € 300,000 to support hospitals in Lyon and programs helping the most disadvantaged.


More than 120 000 € raised against COVID-19

Many have responded to the call from Olympique Lyonnais to increase support for Lyon's hospitals and social assistance programs; more than 120,000 euros has been raised thanks to a crowdfunding site opened on March 20, 2020! More than 330 people have joined the process: fans and citizens alikes, all sensitive to the urgency of coming to the aid of their community and each bringing their contribution to this initiative.

Even if the matches are suspended, OL supporters' groups remain active and are committed to helping Lyon's medical staff and keeping in touch with their members.

Sports commentary with Sport dans la Ville

On Thursday 5 March, 9 young people from Sport dans la Ville came to learn about the profession of journalist as part of the "sports commentators" program at Groupama Stadium.



"Brothers in arms" - Hospices Civils de Lyon

"Brothers in arms" is the meeting between 23,000 health professionals from the Hospices Civils de Lyon who fight every day against COVID-19 and each of you who supports them!

Transport and Logistics at the Cité des Entreprises pour l'Emploi

The last recruitment event before confinement, this job dating event focused on passenger transport and logistics job opportunities welcomed 5 companies and attracted nearly 60 candidates.

Writing workshops for U15F with the Jules Rimet association

The young players participated in 4 half-days of writing workshops with the writer Hafid Aggoune, who is director of the Jules Rimet workshops. They are the first 100% female group to participate in these workshops.


Public speaking contest with the Fondaction du Football

Thursday, March 12, the players of the CAP Métiers du football participated in a public speaking competition organized by the Fondaction du Football and Prométhée Education, an apolitical association which advocates academic success through help, support and fighting against self-censorship.

It was a match worthy of the great evenings at Groupama Stadium where Célia was able to go behind the scenes of the 120th derby from the Hôpital Femme Mère Enfant and greet the OL players when they arrived at the stadium before experiencing the atmosphere on the edge of the pitch.

Adela prepared for the semi-final of the Coupe de France with a visit to the OL museum from the Hôpital Femme Mère Enfant before going pre-match to meet the players from Lyon and Paris and experience the atmosphere of Groupama Stadium.
