D1 Arkema : A big match against Montpellier before the break (Sunday 14h15)

Before a long international break which will involve many players, OL must play one last big league match. Sunday afternoon (2:15 p.m.), at the Groupama OL Training Center, Lyon's women's team welcomes Montpellier, currently 4th in D1 Arkema, with the ambition to win to keep themselves 3 points ahead of PSG (a 4-1 winner in Guingamp Saturday) at the head of the championship.
Eliminated by Bordeaux in the Coupe de France last weekend, the Montpelliéraines are a little below their usual level this season. Despite this, and even if OL did won 3-0 in Hérault in thereverse fixture, MHSC remain one of the great teams in the championship. They are a team made up, like OL, of many French and foreign internationals. For example, OL must be wary of the attacking duo of Valérie Gauvin and Lena Petermann, who have 24 goals between them in all competitions.
For his part, Jean-Luc Vasseur will benefit from the return of Eugénie Le Sommer, absent from the pitch because of a calf strain since the reception of OM on January 12 in the Coupe de France, a match during which the French international had scored a double.
