PSG - OL : A big challenge (21h on Canal +)

The context
After their draw against Amiens on Wednesday (0-0), Olympique Lyonnais still were in 6th place in Ligue 1. Still playing in all competitions (Ligue 1 Conforama, UEFA Champions League, Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue ), the club has made a fairly good start to the second half of the season even if the team has only taken one point from the last two league games. With a seven-match marathon already started, OL go to Paris as they embark on an intense February.
The challenge
Jason Denayer, named captain in the absence of Memphis Depay, and his teammates need points and, as of Sunday, will have to try to snag a result at Parc des Princes to continue their climb up the table. This is also an opportunity to test ourselves against PSG, a team that so often dominates the league, in a match that looks like a Champions League match before the Round of 16 against Juventus. Working to continue to find the right combinations in the squad is also a major objective for Rudi Garcia and his staff. Now every match is important in the race for Europe.
The opponent
Paris Saint-Germain is currently in top form. In the running, like Olympique Lyonnais, in all four competitions, the Ile-de-France side have a big lead in the championship. Nine points ahead of Olympique de Marseille, the title already seems a formality for Thomas Tuchel's players. Before facing their opponent on the day in the Coupe de la Ligue final on April 4, Lyon will have to deliver a big performance in a stadium which has not always seen success, but against a team to which they have already posed problems several times in recent years.
