OL - PSG : The women's team loves Groupama Stadium
The women's team will remember the last OL - PSG at Groupama Stadium. On April 13th, on the 20th matchday of the championship, Wendie Renard's teammates thumped their direct competitor (5-0), in front of 25,907 spectators. It was a magical evening that allowed OL to record a 13th consecutive title in the league.
Since the first leg against Slavia Prague (9-1), in the Round of 16 of the Women's Champions League, on March 23, 2016, the women's team have taken their bearings and good habits in the club's biggest ground. Of the 16 matches played there, OL have won 14, and often in a big way. In all, they have scored no less than 60 goals against only 8 conceded.
The only two defeats the club have conceded in the Women's Champions League were by the smallest of scores against Wolfsburg (0-1) and Manchester City (0-1), in the 2016-2017 season. But that did not stop the team from qualifying and winning the competition.
