Sylvinho : « C’est en améliorant nos performances que les résultats suivront »
Before facing RB Leipzig on the second matchday of the UEFA Champions League, this Wednesday, October 2 at 21h, Sylvinho appeared at a press conference to answer questions from journalists. See his comments in full on OLTV and OL PLAY.

THE SQUAD'S HEALTH

"Jason (Denayer), our captain, is not here but he will be replaced by Joachim (Andersen). Bring the defense back to three? It's difficult because Jason is absent. We think about what would be best for the team but it's hard to imagine playing three at the back. "

THE PRESSURE HE FEELS

It's true but I only care about the match that happens. Our last matches and our latest results have not been good. Our start to the season, apart from our first two games, was not good. We have conceded goals late in the game. Now, we must regain confidence and garner points in Ligue 1 and Champions League. I do not complain; I don't fret. I am sure that by continuing like this, we will achieve our aims.

HIS OPINION ON RB LEIPZIG

It is a team that is happy to play in possession, with many players comfortable on the ball, and who likes to attack. They have achieved good things in the league at the beginning of the season. It's a physical team, and very dangerous offensively. We will face a strong side in a beautiful stadium and we will have to enjoy it too.

THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

The Champions League is a big competition. This is not comparable to Ligue 1. Our group is difficult, the four teams have their own qualities and all matches will be close. Whatever the competition, we come with the desire to make a good match, to play well. The players want to do something big. It is by improving our performance that the results will follow.
