Sarah Bouhaddi : « Peu importe l’adversaire, je le regarde de la même façon »
The OL and Team France keeper looked ahead to Friday's marquee Women's World Cup quarterfinal showdown against the United States.

Friday's quarterfinal vs. the United States

"It's a World Cup match. The game against Brazil was as tough as the one we're going to have on Friday. We will prepare as best as we can. The temperature will be an important factor... We'll be able to forget the heat. The Americans have played very good matches since the start of the competition. They're not the number one team by chance. They have a very fast game. We will try to set up our defensive base and our technical game to cause them some doubts. We know that they don't like running behind the ball. We have a mental asset, which we saw against Brazil."

Alex Morgan

"She spent six months at OL. She is a very professional player, which I appreciate. She gives her all for the team. She has many qualities, for example she's very fast. We can't dwell on her. We already have work to do on ourselves. I played with Megan Rapinoe too. They attack very quickly."

Her World Cup performances

"I haven't changed my way of playing. It's the same since the beginning of the season. There have been different scenarios during the matches. I'm just trying to be efficient, to be up to the challenge and to help my team as much as possible. That's the most important thing... Regardless of the opponent, I prepare the same way. I'm primarily focused on the team."
