OL's central defender headed home the game's lone goal for Canada, who topped Cameroon 1-0 in their Group E opener.

OL's Kadeisha Buchanan was the hero Monday in Canada's Women's World Cup debut, heading home the 1-0 game winner over Cameroon to get the North American side off on the right foot at the tournament. The central defender struck just before halftime at the Stade de la Mosson, scoring off a corner kick to give Canada all three points in their Group E opener.
