Cascarino and Les Bleues beat Thailand 3-0

With the likes of Amandine Henry, Wendie Renard and Sarah Bouhaddi on the bench due to their participation in last Saturday's Women's Champions League final, France beat Thailand 3-0 Saturday at the Stade de la Source in a World Cup warm-up match.

Head coach Corine Deacon did, however, line up one Olympique Lyonnais star in her Starting XI: Delphine Cascarino, who played 53 minutes and was replaced by on-loan Lyon striker Emelyne Laurent. Second-half goals from Kadidiatou Diani (2) and Elise Bussaglia gave Les Bleues a solid victory ahead of next month's World Cup, whose semifinals and final will take place at Groupama Stadium. France have one more tune-up, Friday night against China, before getting down to serious business in the tournament.
