By winning their sixth Women's Champions League, Olympique Lyonnais continue to break records and set new female footballing standards.

27 Saturday's win over FC Barcelona gave the OL women's team its 27th title overall. Wendie Renard is the only player to have won every single one of them.


6 OL won their sixth Women’s Champions League title, building on their previous record set last year. 


4 This is OL's fourth consecutive title in the competition which is another record. In the entire history of European professional football, only Real Madrid won more European cups in a row (five between 1956 and 1960).


8 OL played un unprecedented eighth UWCL final against Barcelona.


82 Wendie Renard became the player with the most Women's Champions League appearances on Saturday night, reaching 82 games to dethrone former Lyon teammate Camille Abily.


1 Ada Hegerberg became the first player to score three consecutive goals in the Women's Champions League final and the second, after Inka Grings in 2009, to net a hat-trick in this stage of the competition.

4 Hegerberg also established herself as the fourth best scorer in the history of the Women's Champions League with a total of 44 goals scored in the event. She is ahead of her former partner Camille Abily (43 goals) and teammate Eugénie Le Sommer (40 goals).
