OL Fondation rejoint le programme EFDN
The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is a group of professional football clubs committed to their communities and social responsibilities. OL becomes the third French club, after PSG and OM, to join the network.

The network aims to promote the power of football as a tool for social development and support the efforts of network members to use the sport in order to reach diverse target groups in their communities.

EFDN provides guidance and support in the context of community and social responsibility in European football, including in the areas of community programming, stadium accessibility, sustainable and environmentally sound business practices and establishing effective management relationships with supporters.

The network currently includes 65 clubs from 25 European countries that benefit from EFDN's official strategic partnerships with the Fare network, the Center for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE), the Social Football Club Alliance, the European Healthy Stadia Network, the European Club Association and UEFA.

A symbol of the club's commitment to the values of respect and solidarity, the OL Foundation has been carrying out social commitments and supporting projects of general interest for over 10 years.

The Foundation operates on three main commitments:

- Rely on the skills and legitimacy of the community sector
- Establish partnerships over time to optimize its social impact
- Mobilize Olympique Lyonnais players and staff to highlight and support the work of our network partners

For the cycle 2018-2021,
the OL FOUNDATION has chosen to support three main causes:

The OL Foundation has also set up the Cité des Entreprises pour l'Emploi (CEPE) program, which aims to provide effective and free support to companies wishing to hire employees.

The aim of CEPE is to identify the needs and opportunities of companies, especially OL partner companies, in terms of employment to help them recruit. CEPE regularly organizes seminars, forums and coaching sessions with the main goal of making Groupama Stadium a permanent catalyst for the development of employment in the region.
