Jean-Michel Aulas : « un chiffre magique »
Lyon's president, head coach Reynald Pedros and his players spoke to OLTV after Wednesday's 4-0 win over Dijon sealed a record 13 straight D1 Féminine title for the club.

Jean-Michel Aulas

"It's a magic number that generally brings good luck. It's a huge source of pride. When we know the value of our girls, we can imagine this happiness. This title was difficult to acquire. All our competitors are making big investments to try to catch us. Congratulations to this team, who knew how to challenge themselves and overcome certain injustices. This match was poorly scheduled between the two of Women's Champions League semifinal matches. Amandine (Henry) came out injured. We don't know if she'll be able to play. This is a decisive week. Our team took the lead against Chelsea. This would be our eighth Champions League final, so we're thinking about that first before thinking of another Coupe de France final."

"It was important to finish the job well. It was necessary to maintain the current positive dynamic and not wait for Metz. We had a lot of changes. We couldn't find our rhythm in the first half. We didn't come out looking to be champions. We were too readable. We managed to unfold in second half and saw a completely different team... Now we've got two days of recovery!"

Delphine Cascarino

"This is my fifth title. I'm very proud to play in a team that has very high goals... This will give us confidence for the next two competitions."
