OL host Ajax for spot in Youth League quarterfinals

Tuesday's clash at the Groupama OL Training Center will be a rematch of the 2015-16 Round of 16.

From their 4-1 rout of Manchester City in the first group stage match day to a comfortable 2-0 win over SK Sigma Olomou, the OL U19s have shown that they're capable of great things in the UEFA Youth League. 


How they got here: First place in Group E, qualified directly to the Round of 16.

Group stage record: three wins, two draws, one loss (23 goals scored, eight conceded).

Top scorer: Nicolas-Gerrit Kühn (six goals)



Les Gones will now host Ajax of Amsterdam with a spot in the quarterfinals up for grabs. Tuesday's tie at the Groupama OL Training Center will be a rematch of the 2015-2016 Round of 16, when the likes of Dolberg, Ligt, Wit, van de Beek got the best of Lyon. This time around, the Maxence Caqueret and Lenny Pintor-led Lyon have different plans... and are dreaming big!
