Friday's draw at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland paired Olympique Lyonnais with Ajax Amsterdam in the Youth League Round of 16. The tie, to be played in France on March 12 or 13, will be a rematch of sorts between both teams, who met at this same stage of the competition 2016 - a match that the Dutch side won by a 3-0 scoreline.
If they were to advance, the OL U19s would visit the winner of the Barcelona-Hertha Berlin series on April 2 or 3 in the quarterfinals.

As a reminder, the Stéphane Roche and Gilles Rousset-coached squad booked their spot in the Round of 16 by beating Czech club Sigma Olomouc in the playoffs on goals from Maxence Caqueret and Lenny Pintor.
Academy director Jean-François Vulliez on Friday's draw
I hope it won't be a remake [of 2016]. It will be a nice party at home. Ajax are a very good team. We know about their school of football. It will be a beautiful challenge. We will do everything to qualify. Ajax finished first in their group ahead of Benfica, a two-time Youth League finalist. They are a strong side. We'll have to be at our best.
