.THE MATCH
Lyon won their third game in a week and their second in four days against Amiens, taking all three points Sunday evening with a 1-0 decision on Jason Denayer's second-half header. After eliminating the Unicorns from Coupe de France contention on Thursday, Les Gones took all three points in their return to the Stade de la Licorne to keep pace with second-place LOSC. It wasn't exactly the most dominating of performances from OL, who needed a good 20 minutes or so to get fully settled in the match.

In fact, their busiest man early on was Lopes, who made key saves on Otero and Monconduit to keep the game scoreless at the break. Bruno Genesio's men came back re-energized from the locker room and put Gurtner to work several times before Denayer finally broke the deadlock (51', 0-1) with a header off a Memphis cross into the box. The visitors had their chances - specifically Fekir and Dembélé - to put the game away, but their finishing wasn't on point. Fortunately, the defense was solid throughout the 90 minutes and OL made it three straight wins in all competitions ahead of their next Sunday's eagerly awaited showdown with PSG at Groupama Stadium.
. THE STAT .
With Sunday's result, OL won their 10th straight game against Amiens in all competitions - currently their best streak against any opponent.
