Après OL – ASSE : 10 images dans le match pour revivre la victoire dans le 117ème derby !
The 117th derby between Olympique Lyonnais and Saint-Etienne - a 1-0 win in favor of Les Gones - left plenty of talking points. Here are 10 things we'll remember most from another magical night at Groupama Stadium.

Two majestic tifos

The tone of Friday night's derby was set in the stands before kickoff with a pair of stunning tifos that were displayed on both sides of the stadium...

Anthony Lopes to the rescue…

No stranger to clean sheets, Lyon's keeper registered his fifth in all competitions this season with a stunning display in goal. An amazing performance from the Portuguese international - especially in a brilliant first half that saw him make an unbelievable save on a Debuchy header.

… and a scare as well

All of Groupama Stadium held its collective breath when Lopes took a bad fall after clearing a ball in the air. On the ground for several minutes, the eventual Man of the Match finally shook it off and continued. As he explained after the match: "I'd have to tear off a leg to leave a derby."

A short-lived derby for the captain

There was more concern after halftime when Marcelo returned from the locker room wearing the captain's armband in place of Nabil Fekir. The French world champion felt some discomfort in his thigh and decided not to aggravate his injury, especially considering Manchester City's visit in four days' time.

Air Denayer...

With a thumping header in the 62nd minute, Jason Denayer fired past a helpless Ruffier to open the score and bring all of Groupama Stadium  to its feet.

… and a memorable first derby

The Belgian international picked the perfect occasion to open his Lyon scoring account: in the 117th derby in history!

Memphis, decisive yet again

The Dutchman earned the corner kick that he himself would serve up to Denayer for the game's only goal. Memphis has now been involved in eight of Lyon's last nine Ligue 1 goals (4 goals, 4 assists) and has participated in 30 goals total in 2018 (16 goals, 14 assists).

Rafael sees red

The Brazilian went in with both legs on M'Vila in the second half and made an early trip to the showers...
