U19 : premier coup d'arrêt contre Le Puy (1-2)
A 90th-minute goal broke a one-goal deadlock and doomed the U19s to their first loss of the season as they fell 2-1 at home to Puy Foot 43 Auvergne.

After winning their first two games of the season, OL were aiming for a third straight victory Sunday at home against Puy. Things started off promisingly enough, as El Hadj Coly gave Lyon the lead just before halftime on a service from Raphael Anaba (45 ', 1-0).

Les Gones had several chances to increase their lead in the second half, but conceded the equalizer shortly after the hour mark (64 ', 1-1). The woodwork then denied Thibault Ehling, while Coly wasted a 1v1 situation in front of goal. Le Puy Foot 43 Auvergne punished OL for their lack of finishing in the last seconds (90 '1-2) and escaped with all three points. The players of Stéphane Roche and Gilles Rousset will look to recover from their first loss of the season next Saturday at Metz.

Stéphane Roche's verdict:

We haven't been effective in key moments. We had really clear chances... Our opponent never gave up, they believed right until the end. We gave up the equalizer after a foul. Today is a big disappointment.
