OL sign Moussa Dembélé and Lenny Pintor
The 22-year old Moussa Dembélé was developed at PSG alongside Adrien Rabiot and Kingsley Coman. He began his professional career at age 17 with Fulham before joining Celtic Glasgow in 2016. Scoring a total of 70 goals in 158 matches with Fulham and Celtic, Dembélé won two Scottish Championships, two Scottish Cups and one Scottish League Cup with Celtic. He played 24 European games with Celtic, scoring eight goals.
A French international at the U21 level, he has scored nine goals in 14 caps for Les Bleus and will join new OL teammates Houssem Aouar, Lucas Tousart, Tanguy Ndombele and Martin Terrier as part of Sylvain Ripoll's squad for the team's upcoming matches on September 7 and 11.
Olympique Lyonnais are also pleased to announce the arrival of France U19 forward Lenny Pintor from Stade Brestois for a fee of €5 million, plus a maximum of €4 million in possible incentives and 15% interest on the added value of a possible future transfer.
The 18-year-old Pintor played alongside Amine Gouiri and Myziane Maolida this summer with France at the Euro U19 tournament.
Like Reo Griffiths before him, his arrival is part of the strategy of Olympique Lyonnais to sign the best young prospects, French or foreign, in addition to entrusting the club's future to the talented players that come out of the OL Academy.
