Nabil Fekir named in France squad for UEFA Nations League

Lyon's captain and recent World Cup champion with Les Bleus was called up by coach Didier Deschamps for next month's tournament.
Didier Deschamps has kept the changes to a minimum. The coach of France's national team announced early Thursday the list of players who will take part in the UEFA Nations League in September. Lyon captain Nabil Fekir is among the 23 selected, while only Benoît Costil, who replaces the injured Steve Mandanda, was not a World Champion with Les Bleus in Russia.
