Communiqué au sujet de l'état du terrain lors d'OL - Amiens
Olympique Lyonnais can confirm that a meeting was held on Monday with Parcs & Sports - the company responsible for the maintenance of the pitch at Groupama Stadium and the Groupama OL Training Center - a day after the OL-Amiens match was marred by the poor conditions of the field of play.

The decision has been made to change the pitch in the coming days so that the conditions of play are optimal for Friday, August 24th - when OL host Strasbourg in Match Day 3 of Ligue 1.

OL are surprised, however, to read reports that the cause of the state of the pitch was due to the Monster Jam event held on June 16, since the grass was completely removed and re-seeded the day after the event.

The club was greatly surprised by the noticeable damage to the pitch during the match against Amiens, despite guarantees given by its provider, Parcs & Sports.

Olympique Lyonnais will do everything possible to continue to have one of the best playing fields in all of French football.
