Bompastor scores for Les Bleues

The France Women's team won their opening match in the Cyrpus Tournament against Switzerland 3-0 on Tuesday.

Les Bleues made their ideal start to the Cyprus Tournament on Tuesday afternoon against Lara Dickenmann's Switzerland with a 3-0 victory courtesy of goals from Marie-Laure Delie (4'), Gaëtane Thiney (16'), and a Sonia Bompastor penalty (37').

No less than eight OL players were in the France starting XI: Bouhaddi, Georges, Renard, Franco, Bompastor, Abily, Necib, Le Sommer. Céline Deville replaced Sarah Bouhaddi at half-time, while Elodie Thomis was left on the bench by coach Bruno Bini.
