Olympique Lyonnais officially announces the transfer of Bosnian international Miralem PJANIC to Italian club AS Roma for a fee of €11m, completing a very profitable summer transfer market for the club.

Pjanic is the second departure from Olympique Lyonnais during this mercato, after France international Jérémy TOULALAN's transfer to Spanish outfit Malaga in late June 2011 for €10m. Pjanic's deal may increase by a further maximum of €3m depending on various sporting-based incentives.

Also, OL academy graduates Loïc ABENZOAR, Mathieu GORGELIN, Enzo REALE and Harry NOVILLO have been loaned out to Vannes, Red Star, Boulogne and Le Havre, respectively, for the 2011/12 season.
