Ligue 1: Week 33

The shock between Bordeaux and OL is the big match of the week-end...What will the other teams at the top of the L1 do in the race for Europe?

Will OM take another step towards the title after their trip to Boulogne? It would seem that the three points are well within their grasp. Auxerre, 5 points behind, have the intention of taking advantage of any slip up by the leaders, in their home game against Lorient. Rennes still have an outside chance of taking a ticket for the Europa League. They must not lose at home to Nancy.

Nice – Lens? There is nothing at stake in this match, other than the points that would see theml finish the season a little better placed. Grenoble, purely for their honour, will be looking to win a fourth match at home to Sochaux. Valenciennes are fighting to finish the season in the top half of the table. Le Mans will be lucky to avoid relegation to the L2.

Montpellier know what they have to do to stay in touch with the podium, or even, avoid slipping to 6th place, they are at home to a Toulouse side who can move up to 10th place. Lille are still in the race for the podium. Their opponents Monaco have been given a boost by their qualification for the final of the Coupe de France. Finally, the "Verts" could celebrate avoiding relegation even more by beating PSG, the other finalists of the Coupe de France.
